  1. Orders & Payment

You can place laundry orders through the website, mobile app, or by contacting customer support.

You agree to pay the fees for the Services as displayed on the website or app at the time you place your order.

We accept various payment methods, which may be subject to change.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders at any time.

  1. Laundry Service

We are not responsible for any damage caused to items that are not suitable for cleaning or are not labeled properly.

We recommend pre-treating any stains before submitting your laundry.

We are not liable for lost or stolen items.

  1. Pick-Up & Delivery

Pick-up and delivery are available within our designated service area.

You are responsible for ensuring your laundry bag is accessible for pick-up at the scheduled time.

You are responsible for being available to receive your laundry delivery at the scheduled time.

  1. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

  1. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice for any reason. You may also delete your account at any time.
